What is this inventory about?
At AAFC we recognize that your time is valuable, therefore we will not be asking you for your resume or to elaborate on your qualifications in your initial application. As job opportunities arise you may be contacted by our Talent Acquisition Team who will provide you with specific information about the position to be filled. We will then inquire about your interest, and request a resume where you can identify if you meet some of the requirements of the position such as education and experience. We will also be able to discuss your need for accommodation(s) throughout the process and will work with you to efficiently determine how we can best meet those needs so you can demonstrate your strengths.
AAFC will use this inventory to identify talent for immediate and future vacancies. When you apply to this inventory, you are not applying to a specific job, rather it is an opportunity for you to express your interest in joining our organization.
